The SGI driver’s gotten even better. I fixed a SCSI DMA detail and hooked up MESS’s PC keyboard emulation and Ryan improved the graphics board again and now we get these fine shots: 1, 2, 3, and 4.
This page will include WIP screenshots and other fun stuff for MAME™, M1, and whatever else I'm working on.

On the MESS front, the IP22/24 architecture SGIs (later-model R4400 Indigo2s and Indys) are passing POST and showing a boot screen now. Ryan’s got partial emulation of the SGI “Newport” graphics board going, with these results.
Elsewhere, Guru dumped Tenkomori Shooting (Namco) but neither MAME nor ZiNc care to do much useful with it yet. smf and I will get on that.
Konami fans will enjoy this music video (Flash required) promoting Bishi Bashi Online.
Thanks to Sixtoe for the tip.
I’m taking a little MAME break of my own. Except it’s to MESS (is there help for me?). I’ve been helping Ryan Holtz with an SGI Indigo2/Indy driver (“IP22” hardware in SGI-ese). The BIOS starts up and gets a fair amount of the way now, but it needs better emulation of the WD33C93 SCSI controller to really get anyplace. The only output supported right now is a serial console, so no screenshots.
The eventual goal is of course to be able to run MESS inside itself 😉
