Apple /// updates for MAME 0.172

MAME 0.172 should be out soon-ish, and hey, there’s some Apple /// improvements!

– Fixed a subtle error in the RAM mapping that had previously required some hack code; we now run free and clear with no hacks.
– Fixed the VIA clocks to 1 MHz to match the schematics, which fixed the failing Confidence Test.
– Fixed up the joystick reading so both Sandman and Atomic Defense are playable using e.g. the analog stick of an Xbox 360 pad.
(Pick joystick B in Atomic Defense!).
– Fixed software’s ability to count scanlines through an H-Blank signal to VIA 1 and split the screen, which Atomic Defense requires to run.
– Fixed the screen drawing routines to handle split-mode screens.
